COLLEGE OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
COURSE OBJECTIVE
The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) is a four-year program that integrates theory and practice to provide students with a strong management and service orientation as well as a global perspective in Hotel and Restaurant operations.
The program provides students with the opportunity to undertake and complete on-the-job training in laboratory courses and practicum’s in various hotels to obtain substantial, varied and experiential knowledge to make them globally competitive.
The College of Hotel and Restaurant Management aims to:
1. Develop globally competitive hoteliers and managers
2. Inculcate in its students the value of hard work and commitment in rendering services to others;
3. Develop the students’ personality suitable in their chosen field of profession,
4. Boost the students’ confidence in dealing with the different kinds of attitudes of people;
5. Expose the students in the actual work environment for them to familiarize and internalize their future endeavor,
6. Train students on the dynamics of managing service-rented ventures;
7. Develop wholesome faculty-student relationship to establish productive learning; and
8. Produce graduates who are Christian-spirited, imbibed with desired values needed in career advancement.
