The Northeastern College, Inc. in Santiago, Isabela now Santiago City, founded in 1941, is a stock, non sectarian institution.

It was founded on the objectives of developing and training its constituents and students into useful/ and productive chiefly to direct and develop learner’s poientials where they can be tapped to the utmost in order to attain maximum development in all aspects of life such as a intellectual, the spiritual, the moral and the social aspects, all of which are expressive of the values of be well-rounded life.

General Objectives of graduate School

The Graduate school program of the northeastern college is entrusted with the task of providing leadership in the consonance with the mission of the college to provide advanced professional and technical trainings in arts humanities and technology.

Specific Objectives of the Graduate School

To Develop effective and efficient leaders in public administration, business management and education.
